Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any services provided by YEDANYAGAMI ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI-powered financial governance tools, MCP server APIs, and related digital products. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API tokens and credentials. You must not share access tokens or attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for illegal activities, to process transactions that violate applicable financial regulations, to attempt injection attacks against our systems, or to exceed your plan's rate limits through automated means.

6. Data & Privacy

Financial data processed through our APIs is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement five-layer audit logging and SHA256 hash chain verification for all transactions. Audit data is retained per our retention policy (minimum 180 days per EU AI Act requirements).

7. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and content provided by YEDANYAGAMI is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for the duration of your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEDANYAGAMI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at yedanyagamiai@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
